Frequently Asked Questions

No. We do not use fragrance oils in any of our skincare products. All scents come from 100% pure essential oils, natural oleoresins, or the natural aroma of the ingredients themselves.
Yes. Every product is handcrafted in small batches. We personally formulate, mix, pour, label, and package each item with care and attention to quality.
Yes. We use fresh goat milk in many of our products, including our soaps and lotions. Goat milk is valued for its vitamins, minerals, and skin-loving properties.
Because our soaps are handcrafted using natural ingredients, each batch may vary slightly in color, swirl pattern, or texture. These variations are normal and are part of what makes handmade products unique.
Our cold-process goat milk soaps cure for approximately 4–6 weeks. This traditional curing process creates a harder, longer-lasting bar while producing a gentle, skin-friendly soap.
Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products. However, every person's skin is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test before full use.
Never. We do not test our products on animals.
Store products in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Allowing soaps to dry between uses will help them last longer and maintain their quality.
